How it works

From a lecture hall to exam-ready in three steps.

1

Record or import

Tap record in class, or bring in audio you already have (MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, AIFF, FLAC).

2

Get the summary

Pick your language and QuickNotes transcribes it, then writes a concise or detailed AI summary.

3

Study smarter

Turn the summary into flashcards and a quiz. Your set is saved, and you can generate a fresh one anytime.

Features

Everything between "record" and "I got this."

14 languages, including Cantonese and Mandarin

Choose the language of your recording for accurate transcripts. English, Cantonese, Mandarin (Simplified and Traditional), Spanish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic and Hindi.

AI summaries

Concise for a quick refresh, detailed when you need the full picture.

Courses and tags

Sort recordings into courses with their own icons, and tag them so nothing gets lost.

Search and filter

Find any recording by name, course, tag or date.

Import and share

Bring in audio from your device, and export your recordings and summaries when you need to share them.

Study mode

Don't just record it. Remember it.

Most recorder apps stop at the transcript. QuickNotes goes on to build flashcards and a multiple-choice quiz from your summary, so the key points stick.

  • Flashcards built from your summary
  • A quiz with a score, and a fresh set on demand
  • Saved with each recording, so it's there when you come back
